I noticed that I get a really good energy boost around 2pm
I assume that’s cuz I watch life of riza and get some inspirations about my creative journey
I think to escape my low mood / depressive thoughts, the best thing I can do is to do something creative
so I plan whenever I get low mood I will watch a channel do something that makes me creative
