• wakes up around 6:00 AM
  • staying in the bed thinking what a beautiful day it is.
  • enjoying the rays of sunlight coming through the window
  • get up and sit on the bed.
  • do some yoga.
  • pray for the day
  • going to the bathroom get a cold bath
  • come and get ready for work.
  • sit down on the table and check what I have to do in the day (already planned)
  • then start to do tasks one by one.
  • after 2 hours take a break and go to watch something with a cup of coffee
  • sit down and work for another two hours.
  • then go to lunch. enjoy the lunch without watching anything
  • then come back and again do two hours of work
  • then go to play with friends. comeback exhausted
