• eat a lot of fiber
  • eat fermented low-sugar food (sauercraut, kefir, kimchi - not kombucha!)
  • eat colorful fruits, veggies, spices, drink teas and cacao
  • eat more protein-rich food, esp meat and turkey
  • try eating 100g of spinach daily
  • drink green tea (good quality)
  • eat black beans, turmeric, greek yoghurt, berries, cranberries and peppers
  • basically eat more whole foods and less sugary, processed food.
