- eat a lot of fiber
 - eat fermented low-sugar food (sauercraut, kefir, kimchi - not kombucha!)
 - eat colorful fruits, veggies, spices, drink teas and cacao
 - eat more protein-rich food, esp meat and turkey
 - try eating 100g of spinach daily
 - drink green tea (good quality)
 - eat black beans, turmeric, greek yoghurt, berries, cranberries and peppers
 - basically eat more whole foods and less sugary, processed food.
