Meditation 1

Look at this image for about 1-2 minutes.

  • after that try to keep your body without moving for another 13 minutes. no need to think about mind chattering for now. just keep your body without moving.

  • then take your hand and put it on top of your belly.

  • then exhale fast. while you are doing that feel how hand is moving with the belly.

  • do that 36 times.

  • now do stay the rest minutes without moving your body. no need to think about mind

  • Put 13 minutes on the timer.
  • Either lie down or sit down.
  • Shut your eyes.
  • Pay attention to your breathing.
  • Focusing your attention to a spot that is roughly an inch inside your forehead.
  • If you’re distracted, refocus.
