Look at this image for about 1-2 minutes.

after that try to keep your body without moving for another 13 minutes. no need to think about mind chattering for now. just keep your body without moving.

then take your hand and put it on top of your belly.

then exhale fast. while you are doing that feel how hand is moving with the belly.

do that 36 times.

now do stay the rest minutes without moving your body. no need to think about mind

- Put 13 minutes on the timer.
- Either lie down or sit down.
- Shut your eyes.
- Pay attention to your breathing.
- Focusing your attention to a spot that is roughly an inch inside your forehead.
- If you’re distracted, refocus.
