- if you see the goal more times on your day (sticky notes, vision bodes) it will increase the likelyhood of achieving that goal. this is a myth. because we get adopted to our environment .
- instead write that thing everyday and put in a different place. you have to change the place each and everyday
- accountability- if you tell others that you are gong to do something it will increase the likelyhood of achieve that. this is also a myth. because it gives some kind of pleasure by telling others and it will decrease our motivation. (keep that goal to urself)

How you feel about the goal
- Do I want to achieve this goal ? Do I want to do the things that is required to achieve that goal? Do I want to do this thing today? - if your answer is ‘yes’ - spend 1-5 minutes visualizing the positive outcome - if your answer is ‘no’ - spend 1-5 minutes visualizing the failure, server consequences. think how that failure would feel like

- best way to overcome is to break the middle part into another few small chunks
