Have Conversations with people way smarter than you
- you can read books. have a conversation with books. think how it resonates with your own life. the questions you ask will be answered by the book.
- based on the questions that won’t be answered you will know which book to read next. in this way you are dialing your content consuming. not like you are just through your reels.
- you have a direction towards what you want to read and find out.
The first habit is to set quarterly quests instead of annual goals. This means that you focus on setting goals for the next 90 days instead of the next year. This makes it easier to visualize your goals and make progress towards them.
The second habit is to do a weekly review. This is a 20-minute exercise where you review your previous week and set priorities for the next week. This helps you stay on track with your goals and make sure that you’re using your time effectively.
The third habit is to do a morning manifesto. This is a two-minute journaling prompt that you do first thing in the morning. It asks you what your top three priorities for the week are and what the most important thing you want to get done today is. This helps you stay focused on your goals and make sure that you’re working on the right things.
The fourth habit is to create a focus log. This is a simple way to track how many minutes you spend focusing on your most important tasks. This helps you become more aware of how you’re spending your time and helps you make better use of it.
The fifth habit is to have standing order social events. This means that you schedule regular social events with your friends and family. This helps you stay connected to the people you care about and helps you maintain your social relationships.
The sixth habit is to practice multimodality multitasking. This means that you do two things at once, such as listening to a podcast while you’re doing the laundry. This helps you make the most of your time and helps you get more done.
